Would you like to visit the National Archives of Scotland
During 2008 the National Archives of Scotland (NAS) will be hosting a regular programme of talks on the history and resources of the NAS, with particular emphasis on sources for family and local history research. These talks will include guidance on using the NAS catalogues, both paper and electronic, and give examples of related websites. They are aimed both at new customers and existing readers wishing to extend their research interests. There will be an opportunity to ask questions.
Where and when?
Talks will take place at our historic headquarters building, General Register House, 2 Princes Street, Edinburgh. They will run from 16:30 - 18:00 on the first Tuesday of each month. The talks are free of charge. We can offer a maximum of 15 places per talk. Groups and individuals are welcome to attend.
