Feedback

During the week of 6-10 November 2006 the National Archives of Scotland (NAS) will be gathering feedback from its users about its websites and digital services. Feedback is received throughout the year, but in November the NAS Online Resources Team consolidates the year’s feedback in order to prioritise remedial and design work on the NAS websites in the coming year (2007-8). The NAS operates the following websites:

National Archives of Scotland
Scottish Archive Network
Scottish Documents
Scottish Handwriting
Scottish Archives for Schools

We welcome and take account of feedback on any of the above sites and electronic services, but this year (2006) the Online Resources Team is particularly interested in feedback concerning the National Archives of Scotland site, which was redesigned in 2005 and the Scottish Archive Network site, which is due to be redesigned in 2007.

The principal form of feedback will be questionnaires about the NAS and Scottish Archive Network (SCAN) websites. You can fill these in on paper in the NAS search room or online:

Fill in the questionnaire on the NAS website

Fill in the questionnaire on the SCAN website
